TERMOS DE SERVIÇO
🏴☠️ | 1 | PARTES ENVOLVIDAS:
➜ Este acordo constitui um contrato entre o Cliente e Vreck.
➜ Ao realizar um pedido e efetuar o pagamento, você concorda em cumprir todos os termos e condições descritos neste documento. Por favor, leia atentamente antes de prosseguir com o pedido.🏴☠️ | 2 | PAGAMENTOS:
➜ Antes de solicitar uma comissão, é necessário fornecer o arquivo adequado com a correta separação das camadas.
Photoshop Document (PSD)➜ Estou disponível para trabalhar em conjunto com o artista, comunicando qualquer necessidade de alterações na arte e separações. Quaisquer custos adicionais cobrados pelo artista serão discutidos com o cliente.➜ Aceito pagamentos somente via Pix/PayPal ou transferência bancária.➜ Assim que estiver pronto para iniciar o seu pedido, você será notificado e será solicitado a fornecer os dados para o pagamento. O pagamento deve ser feito adiantado, sendo 50% no início do projeto e 50% na conclusão, ou 100% adiantado, conforme preferir.➜ Se o cliente solicitar sigilo absoluto, será aplicada uma taxa adicional, que dependerá do tamanho da comissão, para não divulgar imagens ou vídeos do produto.
🏴☠️ | 3 | ENTREGA E REEMBOLSO:
➜ O prazo máximo de entrega é de 2 meses a partir do início do trabalho.➜ Em caso de imprevistos que possam afetar o prazo de entrega, comprometo-me a notificar imediatamente o Cliente.➜ Os arquivos finais para uso no VTube Studio serão entregues somente após o pagamento completo, juntamente com um vídeo de apresentação básico do modelo.➜ Dentro de um período de um mês após a entrega, serão realizadas pequenas alterações e correções de bugs, se necessário, sem custo adicional. Após esse período, quaisquer alterações serão cobradas.➜ Os reembolsos são oferecidos apenas em circunstâncias muito específicas, e farei o possível para resolver qualquer problema que o cliente possa ter.🏴☠️ | 4 | DIRETOS DE USO E PROPRIEDADE:
➜ Após a entrega, o cliente tem total liberdade para utilizar o produto para fins comerciais.➜ Eu possuo o direito de usar o produto exclusivamente para promoção do meu trabalho postando em minhas redes sociais.➜ O cliente e quaisquer artistas colaboradores serão sempre creditados.

➜ Sob nenhuma circunstância o Cliente e Vreck podem divulgar informações pessoais um do outro a terceiros.➜ Ao prosseguir com um pedido, você concorda e aceita todos os termos e condições descritos acima.

➜ This agreement constitutes a contract between the Customer and Vreck.➜ By placing an order and making payment, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding with your order.🏴☠️ | 2 | PAYMANTS:
➜ Prior to requesting a commission, it is necessary to provide the appropriate file with correct layer separation.
Photoshop Document (PSD)➜ I am available to work collaboratively with the artist, communicating any needs for alterations in the artwork and separations. Any additional costs charged by the artist will be discussed with the customer.➜ I accept payments only via PayPal or bank transfer.➜ Once ready to commence your order, you will be notified and requested to provide payment details. Payment must be made in advance, with 50% at the project's outset and 50% upon completion, or 100% upfront, as preferred.➜ If the customer requests absolute confidentiality, an additional fee will be applied, depending on the commission's size, to not disclose images or videos of the product.
🏴☠️ | 3 | DELIVERY AND REFUND:
➜ The maximum delivery time is 2 months from the start of work.➜ In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery time, I commit to promptly notify the Customer.➜ Final files for use in VTube Studio will be delivered only after full payment, along with a basic presentation video of the model.➜ Within one month after delivery, minor changes and bug fixes will be made if necessary, at no additional cost. After this period, any changes will be charged.➜ Refunds are offered only under very specific circumstances, and I will do my best to resolve any issues the customer may have.🏴☠️ | 4 | USEGE RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP:
➜ Upon delivery, the customer has full freedom to use the product for commercial purposes.➜ I retain the right to use the product exclusively for the promotion of my work by posting on my social media. The customer and any collaborating artists will always be credited.

➜ Under no circumstances may the Customer and Vreck disclose each other's personal information to third parties.➜ By proceeding with an order, you agree to and accept all the terms and conditions outlined above.
